At RIN Clothing, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or damage.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
